Fold down seat without back rest, wide

model: 090-14

The seating area is brought into the resting position by the means of springs, however, the strength of the springs is adjusted so that in this model the seat cannot fold back up of its own accord.

This seat is 200 mm (about 7.9 inches) wider than in model 007-05 and is thus suited if there needs to be a wider space.

A seat in this width can seat two people at once, which is why it is constructed in a way that makes it unable to fold up by itself and has to be returned to its upright position manually, although this action is aided and supported by the inbuilt springs so as to not demand too much physical strength from the user.

The extraction forces working on this seat if two people are to take seat on it are considerable and have to be supported by the wall and the construction. Please consult us if you have any questions.
