At the fair with the folding-seat-in-drywall system

With this system, it is easy to integrate a stable substructure into otherwise low load-bearing plasterboard walls in stud construction and, after the planking and also painting work has been completed, to finally provide it with folding seats flush with the wall.

BAUTEC Berlin is an international trade fair for construction and building technology. Planners and architects, tradesmen as well as property developers were inspired by the technical concept as well as the wide range of possible applications.

The main advantages of this system are:

• Folding seats fold flush into the wall by themselves after use
• Can also be used in escape routes or rescue routes
• Reduction of space requirements, e.g. in corridors or patient rooms
• easier floor cleaning than with upright chairs

The system was developed and applied for a patent in 2019.
